My name is Zaida Vazquez, Since I was a child I have this passion for food and everything cuisine related. This passion was passed to me from generations of women in my family, especially my grandmother and my mother, who taught me everything I know and inherited me the love for my country and its diverse culture. 

I decided to persue this dream of mine that I've had for so long because I enjoy cooking for people. In addition, my experience comes from working in the food industry for 43 years. All those years of experience have taught me a lot about discipline, commitment and dedication that is required for this type of job.
